As an osteopathic manual practitioner, Jody provides treatment for the entire body; through osteopathic technique her treatment interconnects the different areas of the body.

If you have been suffering from an injury that is keeping you from achieving your fitness goals, Jody can help you successfully bridge the gap between the two. "Make Osteopathy part of the training, not a result of..."

Jody practices what she preaches, a fitness regimen that is quite varied and emphasizes balance of mind, body and spirit. She enjoys running, cycling, yoga, and teaching strength training classes.

Please be advised Taino, Jody's new puppy might be in the treatment room during the visit. Taino is in training to be a therapy dog.
