Sara graduated from Acadia University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology followed by a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University in 2021. Since graduating Sara has worked as a Physiotherapist in the private practice setting, gaining experience in the areas of Orthopaedics and Pelvic Health. 

Sara has furthered her education since graduating by completing a host of additional courses including Functional Dry Needling, Pelvic Health Levels 1-3, and courses helping to treat Pregnancy Related Pelvic Girdle Pain.

Sara's approach to rehabilitation is exercise focused, encouraging clients to take an active role in their rehabilitation. Sara believes in hands-on treatment, with individualized exercise prescription and a focus on client education. Sara also utilizes a combination of dry needling, manual therapy, and soft tissue techniques to assist clients in getting back to their regular activities as soon as possible.

In her spare time, Sara can be found working out at the gym, playing volleyball, running, hiking and just being outdoors!
